Lull

Enjoying the lull after the holidays...we've been taking walks, seeing friends, visiting the Owl's Head Transportation Museum, and just saw The Theory of Everything (excellent) at a theatre that hasn't changed much since the 1950s.

Axel's been busy playing with his Christmas toys; Ozzy's trying to get involved in everything...you get the picture.

Merry Christmas, lovely people!

We are about to crack open the Prosecco, but I am happy to report that the boys made out like bandits and Ozzy really seemed to enjoy the festivities...plus it's been perfect walking weather.

Well, sort of. Three more parties, two more deadlines, one photo shoot, four bags to pack, a seven hour drive north, and a partridge in a...you get the gist.

After School Special

This little nut and I went to Sweethaus after school today; Axel was very pleased.

He said, "Mommy this is really yummy." After the sugar high kicked in he climbed under a baking rack and all but refused to leave, so...that went well. This place could be a problem for us.

We also saw this guy on our walk home, and Axel said, "Bye Christmas!"
