Hansa makes the best, most realistic stuffed toys I've seen. I first noticed them at
Sweet William on N. 6th Street, which has a fantastic rotating collection of polar bears, black sheep, and vultures. No cloying bunnies in this collection. These are fierce, sometimes obscure, always amusing critters.

But until I have many tens of thousands to drop on one of his gorgeous paintings (inspired, in part, by the famous Audubon prints) I might settle for this handsome bison.
